I run Cotswolds and Wyvern ComputerXplorers with my partner Paul from our base in Pershore, Worcestershire.

I am a teacher and IT trainer. I worked in the IT Education industry for 6 years with TAG Learning and Sherston and as Associate Teacher Advisor for ICT with Worcestershire LA.

I am passionate about technology education and providing high quality experiences for children of all ages, where they can explore, learn and develop their creative skills and be more confident individuals. I love the way ComputerXplorers achieve this in their fun filled clubs, classes and workshops. I know we have a very committed team of teachers who help children to have a love of technology and learning.

In my spare time I love travelling to new places, sailing and I try to keep fit at the gym and Zumba classes.

Hello, I'm Nic Petty and I live in Moreton-in-Marsh.  Up until recently I ran ComputerXplorers Cotswolds with my husband Andrew, where I loved teaching and running the business.  My time is now focused on writing curriculum for ComputerXplorers in the UK and Ireland, and for Computer Explorers in the rest of the world, as well as continuing to teach for the expanded ComputerXplorers Cotswolds and Wyvern, and teaching new ComputerXplorers franchise owners in the UK.

I am so pleased to be able to continue to be involved with ComputerXplorers as I am passionate about the way in which we can contribute so much and so uniquely to ICT education, for both students and teachers, through our innovative curricula and programmes and through our enthusiastic and knowledgeable teachers.

In my spare time I love to travel and keep fit by walking the dog.

Hello, I'm Alison. My previous teaching experience includes working as a drama teacher and youth theatre director, as well as tutoring adults in computer skills.

In my current role as a Computer Xplorers teacher, I have enjoyed seeing how exciting computer programs can unlock children's imaginations and creativity, helping them to grow in confidence and have fun all at the same time!

In my spare time I enjoy visiting the theatre and cinema, as well as reading, writing, photography and art. I also love to play with my cat!

Hi, I’m Babs Mulhern and I live in the Gloucester area.  I am in my third year at university where I am completing a degree in education studies.  A lot of my spare time is spent studying but I enjoy music and getting out on the hills.

I have worked in education for a number of years, within special and mainstream schools.  Previously I spent 15 years working as an analyst programmer supporting and developing software.  Working in education is much more fun!

It’s great to be involved in ComputerXplorers where the children can learn so many creative things to do on their PCs and get a huge sense of achievement along the way.

Since leaving Cisco Systems in 2003, where I was global Technical Call Centre Manager, I have been fortunate to have spent the last few years working part time in Worcestershire.  Whilst spending a lot more time with my wife and daughter, I have also been able to assist in mentoring and leading young children of varying ages by helping with local schools and Scouting groups.  I joined ComputerXplorers Cotswolds so that I could adapt my IT and life skills from my corporate career to help teach and mentor children in the innovative and exciting programmes that we offer.  Enhancing my various technology skills with the materials that are offered produces an array of modules that truly allow children to experience and grasp all elements of our evolving technologies.

I graduated from Oxford Polytechnic in 1991 and have since, in my different management and leadership positions, been mentoring and coaching many individuals. During all these times I have been extremely motivated and rewarded in being able to share my experiences with others and to see them grow in their careers whilst having fun during their lives.

I believe in giving all children the best possible start in life so that they get the right skills, experiences and opportunities, through which they will be better prepared to succeed as they mature; but more importantly to feel and enjoy life.

Hi, I have been teaching English to overseas children and adults for nine years now.  I really enjoyed the challenge of teaching young children without using their own language, it was great fun!   I lived and worked in Japan and Thailand so enjoy travelling and experiencing different ways of life.

I now live in my home village of Broadway and plan to do my PGCE in Primary Education.  I love the countryside and especially walking the dog.  I like cooking, painting, swimming, music and anything where I can be creative.

I think discovery and fun are extremely important whilst learning, and I am looking foward to experiencing both of these as a CotswoldsXplorers teacher.

My wife and I moved to a pretty Warwickshire village in the summer of 2008 to be closer to an ever expanding family. My working life until now has been exclusively teaching in Preparatory schools where I specialised in P.E., games and English but I have taught just about everything over the years. The opportunity with ComputerXplorers will allow my interest in technology to benefit children in many schools in an more informal and flexible way and still leave time for family and golf. Perfect. Children love to explore and love modern technology. What better way to motivate and inspire young minds than to incorporate the two. ComputerXplorers have got it right!

Hello, I'm Sara Cross and I am in my second year of a Foundation Degree in Learning Support.  I have worked in schools for the last four years and thoroughly enjoy supporting children in their learning process.

Some of my spare time is spent coaching the under 8's at Evesham Rugby Club, which is great fun and keeps me busy.  When I have a spare five minutes I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Watching children develop their ICT skills and have fun at the same time is the most rewarding part of my role at ComputerXplorers.
